I loved Melissa’s message at the end of her state practice act session about how she’s been frustrated with the system but never with OT, and that resonated with how I’ve felt a number of times.
I love our profession, but I’ve definitely been frustrated by how our system works. That’s what keeps me going!

Same. I love OT but get so frustrated (Maybe even disillusioned) by the system. Just imagine if every state had a clear practice act like Nebraska! Nationally would be even better but I’m guessing that’s for each state to decide.
