Great news! Thanks to advocacy from AOTA, APTA, and ASHA, CMS has released clarified guidance on telehealth for hospital-based outpatient therapy and clarified that OT, PT, and Speech CAN bill for telehealth in this setting under Part B.

I would love some tips on dealing with managed care provider/comapnies in SNF. There’s an insurance company here called Kaiser and my SNF has contracts with them so we have to jump through extra hoops for the Kaiser managed Medicare patients and I can’t wrap my head around all their rules and what they expect from us.
