New email now out on telehealth! There have been some frustrating updates from CMS around their interpreation of when therapy can or can’t bill for telehealth services.

I would love some tips on dealing with managed care provider/comapnies in SNF. There’s an insurance company here called Kaiser and my SNF has contracts with them so we have to jump through extra hoops for the Kaiser managed Medicare patients and I can’t wrap my head around all their rules and what they expect from us.
