Home carryover is often one of the biggest barriers to meaningful progress in pediatric therapy. This session will examine the practical barriers that commonly interfere with carryover and discuss strategies to improve participation, adherence, and family engagement. The session will offer practical ideas clinicians can apply immediately to improve carryover and increase effectiveness of pediatric interventions. This session will also explore a hybrid model of pediatric therapy in which therapists extend their impact beyond direct visits by monitoring home programs between sessions, supporting family follow-through while creating an additional revenue opportunity tied to ongoing clinical oversight.
