Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH)

Long-Term Care Hospitals, or LTCHs, are the first post-acute care setting we will cover. LTCH is also commonly called a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital or LTACH, but Medicare only ever refers to it as LTCH.
